Growth Strategist

Own the growth agenda for a portfolio of DTC/eCommerce clients - diagnosing the business from first principles, building growth roadmaps, and translating strategy into measurable commercial outcomes across paid social, paid search, creative, and retention.

Full-timePoole, GB · Remote
↘ About the role

Most agency growth roles ask you to manage accounts. This one asks you to consult on businesses. As our Growth Strategist, you'll operate as a trusted external growth partner to a small portfolio of ambitious DTC and eCommerce brands - brought in close to founders and leadership teams, diagnosing performance from first principles, and setting the growth agenda. You won't be reporting metrics upward through an account structure; you'll bring the outside perspective, cross-portfolio pattern recognition, and commercial rigour of a consultant, then translate it into a plan the brand's leadership trusts and acts on. Because you're advising across several brands rather than sitting inside one, you'll spot what's working across categories faster than any single in-house hire could - and you'll have Public Nectar's specialist paid social, paid search, creative studio, and retention teams sitting behind you rather than in front of you. You deeply understand the core levers of eCommerce growth: offer, conversion, creative, and distribution. This is your stage to prove it.
