Junior Paid Search Executive

Learn Google Ads from the ground up and support the Paid Search team across a portfolio of DTC/eCommerce clients - analysing performance data, spotting what doesn't look right, and helping turn numbers into commercial decisions.

Full-timePoole, GB
↘ About the role

Most paid search roles ask for years of PPC experience. This one doesn't. We will train the successful candidate from scratch on Google Ads, so previous PPC experience is not required. What we're looking for is someone intelligent, commercially minded and analytical, with the right foundations and attitude to learn. As our Graduate Paid Search Executive, you'll sit inside our Paid Search team, working on real accounts for ambitious DTC and eCommerce brands from day one. You'll learn how Google Ads works, how campaigns are structured and optimised, and - most importantly - how advertising performance connects to how a business actually makes money. If you can understand numbers, think commercially, pay attention to detail and learn quickly, we'll teach you the rest.

↘ About the company

We design performance marketing systems that connect and convert so that business leaders can lead business. The way we do it is simple: meticulously, with precision, and a growth mindset, always reaching, always evolving. As a fast-growing performance marketing agency, we specialise in paid social, paid search, performance creatives and retention marketing for D2C brands ranging from ambitious startups to established national brands. Our team of 40 passionate professionals is committed to delivering data-driven results while maintaining our core values of winning with integrity, full ownership, and relentless growth..
